As I mentioned throughout the project, your team performed very well and completely met our (very high) expectations for this prestigious project of us. I was particularly impressed by 4 things:

• Communication. Nearly every e-mail received a response within 5-10 minutes, and your team made sure to confirm all deliveries and timelines. This was very helpful for us.
• Accuracy. Our QC team found very few errors in the files that were returned. Many files were approved after DTP Run 1, and the majority were approved after one round of QCCX. It was evident that your team completed their own QC on the files before returning them, and this was extremely helpful in ensuring on-time delivery to our client.
• Availability. Your team fulfilled the availability needs we had on nights and weekends. There was a particular weekend when a holiday/festival conflicted with a deadline, and your team was able to offer some support during that time. We really appreciated that. We also appreciated that your team was able to keep our projects moving through political disruption; despite the protest making it difficult for members of your team to arrive to the office, none of our projects were significantly impacted.
• Attitude. The last round of these files were particularly difficult due to a recurring font corruption, but your team maintained a positive, helpful attitude until the problem was solved. I am sure the problem was frustrating for your team, but that frustration was never shown to me or members of my team.

I am impressed! Thank you for the detailed analysis and pro-activeness! I did not expect your team to proceed with any actions but was only looking for a hypothetical quote and workflow description. In any way, you have surpassed my expectations!

I just finished checking the QCCX work on the files. You did a VERY nice job, all except one of the 130 corrections were implemented. I want to fly to India and kiss your whole team!
